This session will explore how Microsoft Project can be used to manage agile projects. Several options will be explored ranging from simply creating a project schedule according to the user stories, to customizing MS Project with agile specific fields such as sprints, releases and story points; and creating new views to allow you to manage the details using Agile techniques This is an informal event with a cash bar and lots of opportunity to interact with fellow attendees as well as the speaker. This presentation satisfies the 'Technical' PDU category requirement.
